We started this little community on May 13, 2023, with a simple idea: read more, read better, and talk about it with people who care.

Since then, we’ve been exploring all kinds of stories across the globe and shining a light on authors you might not hear about in school. We’re especially drawn to African literature, classical texts, self help books, and cultural commentary. We believe in the power of storytelling to connect, challenge, and expand us.
